I’m 69 & I have been doing your 10 min standing yoga every morning for 3 months. When I started I couldn’t stand up on top toes or bend over now after 3 months I can do both with ease. Thank you 🙏 your an excellent yoga instructor.

So glad I found this series, I just had a butt lift and am cleared for light exercise - but I can't lay down so most yoga is out for me. So glad I can continue my practice.

This was great, I love standing practices, . Great to see a teacher just wearing normal clothes for a practice. A good reminder that yoga is accessible, and we don't need special gear or many props!

Sometime I don’t feel to do yoga sitting or laying on the floor. Standing yoga is often perfect for my ‘mood‘ 😄

Hello. I suffer with fibromyalgia and these stretches are essential for me so that I don’t completely stiffen up. It’s very easy not to do the excercises when I am in a lot of pain but I am able to follow along with you gently. Thank you for these videos. 😊

It was so thrilling to see her in regular clothes and stretching/yoga. It just sends the message home that all you need is the clothes that you are comfortable in, clothes that will work for the situation. it doesn't have to be some fancy expensive yoga clothes. This stretch did my body good. Thank you Uliana!
