A lot of opinions on this matter here! The fact is, everyone is a little (or a lot!) different, so gains of any kind vary from person to person, it all depends on effort and discipline (and of course, can't escape our own genetics...). Just focus on getting a tiny bit better every day, it can be a very slow process. I've been eating well and busting my ass for about 3 months and have gained 10 lbs of muscle (I was 130, pretty unhealthy skinny due to a wisdom-tooth extraction getting infected with huge abscess, and very sick for close to a month...) I'm now 140 lbs, amd feeling better every week! Work hard day to day, and assess progress every week! Good luck, and good vibes to all! We can all get better if we try!

You could use milk instead of water when blending a protein shake to make it even more nutritious. I also like to add tahini, icecream and honey.

I do like to cook also to eat good and tasty...always a trouble with calories. anyways keep up with the vids i really enjoy them

i'm allergic to hemp protein and I foud it out in an unpleasant way. I still suffer from the allergig shock since two days, but no I know what I'll never eat again. Sour throat, shortness of breath, fkn headache, flu symptoms but much harder as usual.
And I only drunk 60g with 300ml of water.
If you have similar symtomps after consuming hemp protein, you know you shoud stop consuming it.

I gave you a Like because you make the most honest calisthenics Videos I ever saw... but eating every day the same would in my case just work for dramatic slenderize. I would be lean as a skeleton.
