Jeff is about 5'5 and not even 200 lbs, still his squat PR is 501 which is just 6 lbs less than Will's best. Man is a BEAST.

Quads: Smith squat
Hamstrings: Seated leg curl
Chest: Incline bench, seated cable fly
Lats, Traps: Chest supported row, Lat pulldown
Lateral Delts: Cable lateral raise
Rear Delts: Reverse pec fly (turned sideways)

Biceps: Basian cable curl
