Just did Supported High Knee very slowly and carefully and am very gratified with the glut activation . i definitely need to do this at least 3 times a week. Love how you explain anatomical details and with just the right amount of detail.. I am a great believer in being able to understand the purpose of an exercise and then know what to look for. Thank you for videos.

Hi, may I know what is ur opinion on supplements to joint? Eg for chondrasamin n glucosamine? Conart? Coz after going on treadmill at gradient 16% stage 4, my knees had developed tissue swelling n discomfort when ascending n descending stair case. I used to take conart daily but some how, unsure if it helps. Feeling to discontinue.
