The BEST Exercises for Knee Pain

I have three things that most doctors don't have to help you get rid of your knee pain.

1- 4 years of pain experience in both knees. After seeing every specialist, I had to learn how to fix it permanently myself.

2- 6 years studying everything about my knee pain. I have been researching and testing solutions in the pool and exercises on land. In the last 2 years I discovered the missing pieces that now thousands of people are using.

3- and 7 years of experience on Youtube explaining possibly the most complicated sport in the world.

And now I can do this, and this, and this, without knee pain. I couldn't even do this before the knee injuries.

The doctors obviously helped me with the diagnosis (patellar tendinopathy) and temporarily decrease the pain. A good diagnosis is important to understand your specific rehabilitation needs and limitations. I ( 61 year old womanizers)have had both my knees replaced two and one and a half years ago.
Last year I started swimming 5 times a week and the results have been amazing!
My knees are a lot stronger and I don’t have any pain.

Mate this is insane! I have been combining all of Ben Patricks KneesOverToes movements in the swimming pool, since the past 2 months which is when I popped my ACL completely and also tore my meniscus. It's even more scary that around the same time I started watching your videos to fine tune my swim strokes. And having had a surgery on the other knee, I have never felt more sure after just 5 weeks of pool rehab. It's almost magic. My physio was surprised because he says my knee doesn't feel like it has ny tear anymore! I CAN CONFIRM that knees over toes program and pool work are two of most powerful combo for the knees.

Great video. I'm 71 years old and just started having knee pain for the first time about 6 months ago. Walking/hiking have been my go to exercises, but those are out for the time being.

Today I went swimming after a very long time and intuitively did several of the exercises you suggest. Happy to have found your video after this morning’s swim and I'll definitely be going back to the pool on a regular basis now and eventually applying all of your exercises. Thank you!

Excellent video. I have bad arthritis in my knees and very sadly gave up running. Can’t believe that I ran a 10K only a year ago and was running three miles almost daily. But it was running through pain. So I’m returning to swimming, which I did for years in my youth. Your video gives me hope!

I got injured my left knee ligament 6 weeks ago and I still in difficulties when swimmng. I've just done crawl since then but now I should try backstroke with soft kicks. Doctors never informed me this kind of exercises. Thank you so much. I appreciate your share 🙏

I just got diagnosed with knee issues day before yesterday. And here is the video where doctor too recommended me to continue swimming (the best exercise in case of knee injuries)

❤ thank you. I appreciate your videos. You've helped me a lot. However, swimmer's ear has me sidelined😢. I've been struggling with it since September. Two different antibiotic eardrops and ENT visits. My ear is numb! I can't wait for it to heal.... If ever.
