There are many exercises for helping your shoulders, but I’ve hand picked these two exercises to have the widest reach for pain and popping possible. So I’ve been in physical therapy for a year now and also seeing a chiropractor for the same amount of time and this is the first time I have been able to do my own stretches and get instant relief. I have a tic coming from my shoulder which started two years ago after I injured it. It's always jerking. I just did this exercise and it has stopped! For the first time in two years! I go to the gym regularly, I stretch and I workout my arms all the time nothing has worked except this! Thank you!

1:38 " And most of that movement is determined by how the BRAIN interprets what's happening in that shoulder " That is a landmark explanation I have not heard on many of the presentations by other professionals. It's a fact that the pain signals are generated remotely in an injured area but processed by brain in the form of "warning".

Thank you! I had a total reverse shoulder replacement surgery in March 2021- I am having lots of loud popping and haven’t reached my movements pre- surgery- my surgeon and PT dr have suspended any exercise until I get reevaluated in a week. I know I need to move my arm and I have been doing the first exercise in this video

It's quite interesting that I realized here, that Dr. James Vegher's bench exercises are the first ones that I naturally started doing but standing in the jacuzzi and my shoulders submerged for that warm feeling and I never had looked at this video. A freak accident in a super-sleek E. Berlin (communist) bathroom (a totally unsafe bathroom floor and super-sleek two feet deep tub) resulted in LT shoulder dislocation which popped back after me holding my left arm tightly up against my LT flank and tummy, held by RT hand for 1.5 hour before the first set of x-rays which determined that the humeral head was in place w/o manipulation/intervention. Thanks for your hard wok and commitment to help people.

I’ve been having pretty bad neck/shoulder pain. This exercise has given me some relief. Only day 1. I’m going to try this for a few more days for complete relief. But this looks very promising. I just wanted to say thanks. My desk job and lazy body posture caused this.

The back of my neck starting hurting really bad couldn't even lay or sit comfortably, after inspecting I believe it comes from my right shoulder. I started moving it in circular motions and it caused me pain and started popping. Need relief.
