🙌 Jodie & Nolan are married partners as well as business partners. in 2010 Nolan helped Jodie's recovery journey from being partially paralysed they have made it their mission to help others struggling with mobility and pain improve their strength & flexibility regardless of age or limitations. Their goal is to make mobility & movement accessible to everyone in their own homes. Jodie has extensive qualifications in yoga and pilates, Nolan is a former athlete, athletics coach, retired FIFA referee and was lead Fitness Coach for FIFA, he has extensive qualifications in physical therapy and whole bunch of other sports qualifications that would take too long to list. Together with their combined knowledge, qualifications and real life experience of pain and mobility recovery they will set you on the path to a long, heathly and active life.
