Making a balanced meal with only processed foods: easy healthy eating!
Processed foods are not the devil!! Taking into account the convenience factor of a meal is also important. Of course, having plenty of whole foods is necessary, but can sometimes be a bit unrealistic to expect for ALL of your meals. Some days I just want something quick that’s still balanced and will satisfy me, and this meal hit the spot!! And having foods like this on hand can prevent you from ordering that pizza that you don’t really want but you don’t feel like cooking so…
I ate potato gnocchi, mock chicken made from soy, and canned ratatouille.
