When i started i could only bend down to touch my knees, now i can do the splits. It took me 4 months of stretching 3 times a day😯😁

Great stretches and concise video, I really enjoyed it.! I've been practicing my middle splits for a couple of months now and after this video I was able to reach mi head to knees on the last stretch for the first time!!!

Tip : when yiunget your split don't stop stretching or you will lose it and have to start all over with the process (learnt it the hard way

In the surfers lunge (i think) the knee is over the ankle is this different from any other time where you say knee should be above ankle?

How the hell is this supposed to help someone attain middle splits?? This is already flexible. A beginner wouldn't be able to do half this shit.
