Thank you so much for replying to my message last week and posting these types of videos. Still staying consistent and trying to get a body fat percentage scale. I have been seeing more progress not doing cardio this week. Love your videos/channel!!

300lbs would not tip the scale. It takes over 3, 000 calories to gain or lose a pound. You most likely retained water. Other than that you're doing an amazing job. Keep it up

It's amazing to me that keeping to an appropriate calorie goal for an entire week may help me lose 1 pound, but eating over the calorie goal for just one day seems to make me gain 2 pounds. LOL!

Your right well done on your progress. Yeah definitely count in the mornings I almost fell in that trap today. I get caught on not enough carbs but too much fat so I use instant mash or some brown rice. Half and half for dinners and snacks. I eat about 150g carbs daily. I don't want to drastically change my carbs so that I can have a good gauge of progress, eat too many weight can go up. I have a set amount of carbs on the day before I weigh myself. I lose between .5 to 2 pounds a week. Thanking you for your information. I am using this for 6 months. I was unhealthy. Im extremely strict as more needs to come off. Theres a big difference. I thought I was the only one with the plateau thing lol. Gave me freedom though. My body fat is 33 percent. It was 38.

Thank you for these videos! My husband and I are on day 9 of the keto diet and we've both lost 10 lbs so far. We definitely attribute the weight loss to tracking all our foods before we eat them so we know how exactly how much we'll be consuming that day.

how did you measure your body fat? i have been looing but none of the affordable methods seem very accurate.
