I've spent the past five months waking up with cracking in my jaw every single night. I'm still waiting for public health in New Zealand to deal with it, and after a particularly loud and painful night, cracking and locking, I looked up self help... Thanks to you're videos I slept for the first time in ages. Thank you SO much

I have debilitating TMJ caused by grinding. I’m thankful for folks like you who take the time to help people like me.
FWIW, I can really feel the “ pie in the face “ exercise so that tells me it’s time to work on my posture specifically. I’m very hopeful that I might find relief for the first time in a long time. Thank you ❤

Thank you both so, so much. This was unbelievably helpful information to have learned from you. I have several things affecting my jaw muscles/posture: a cleft palate affecting skull shape, an Adderall prescription for ADHD, and generalized anxiety inherited from my parents. These things have been wearing down on my joints, teeth and muscles for a long time and finding this video on a whim made me realize just how present the issues in my jaw were. When I first did these exercises along with you I actually cried in relief as a curtain of tension just fell from my head and neck. I don't know if this is TMJ exactly, but the massages you provided have done wonders. Huge amounts of love and respect to you all!

I’ve been wearing a mouth guard for a few years now and just recently found your video. I started the exercises and it’s been just over a week and I can already feel the difference in how my jaw muscles are responding. No more pain or slippage of my jaw. I’ve added this to my daily routine. Thank you!

Being a near-sighted writer who sometimes spends sixteen hours a day at the computer, I know exactly WHY I have so much TMJ trouble. Thanks for these exercises. It’s been so bad lately that I don’t like to wear the splint the dentist gave me. It just makes my teeth ache. Something that’s helped me is sleeping without a pillow. I’m a back sleeper and when I sleep without a pillow I think it keeps my head back more during the night, giving it a break from all that “turtling” at the computer. Thanks guys. I’ll be trying these (and the massage in the other video is wonderful).

My jaw was SEVERELY uneven and I did exercises similar to this (including hard mewing, which I HIGHLY recommend for jaw healing), and I kid you not, it’s almost all the way better! I haven’t felt this good since childhood :) Don’t underestimate physical therapy as an actual cure!

Wow. Just found out yesterday I have TMJ. Just did the chin tuck for the first time and each tuck, my left ear clicks. Thats the ear that began with tinnitus. Definitely going to keep doing this so I can improve my tinnitus and jaw pain!!

Had my jaw pop really loudly last week while eating and it still hurt, noticed today that the teeth on the side with the pop weren't touching anymore so I've been looking around. You guys helped relieve back pain I've had before so when I saw you had a video for TMD I checked it and yeah I feel a slight but immediate difference. Probably because the problem hasn't gone on very long. Will do the exercises daily, thank you!

So kind of them to put this online. My jaw has been stuck for 3 days and I hope that I'll be able to help some of my issues with these exercises.
