How to:
1. Create resistance to opening your mouth.
2. Place your thumb under your chin.
3. While opening your mouth, apply pressure to your chin with your thumb.
4. Hold for three to five seconds before closing your mouth.
5. Do the reverse by squeezing your chin between your fingers to resist the mouth closing.

I had tmj back in2017, first,don't eat or drink anything with sugar

One of the things that cause tmj is when ur ear stop up from phlegm, sugar makes it worse, the, don't drink pop or anything sweet for a few days, drink water, or coffee with do sugar, drink warm water or tea,

All so use a warm water bottle with a hand towel around it and put it up to ur face

Make sure not to burn it self

Tmj gose away after 2 week

I had it for about 3 days the pain was to much for me

If ur like me an the pain to much go see a doctor they will give you

antibiotic, you have to take them with in a few days you'll be better
