This 2 WEEK ABS CHALLENGE is quick with short schedule to help you get closer to those defined abs and lose belly fat. A 2 week program is easier to commit to, and you can always do it again after you finish it!

DAY 4 PLANK CHALLENGE is all about strengthening your core, back and upper body. Also a great workout to improve your posture. 20 sec x 10. EASY!!

Please make sure to warm up before the workout to prevent injury and stay safe during the exercise.
