So . . . you want me to get a bunch of random pictures of skinny women . . . in bikinis, wedding dresses, shorts, crop tops, ect. Plaster them on a water bottle that I will be taking around with me everywhere? I'm sure that wouldn't look weird or creepy at all.

Trust me guys these outer motivations don’t last longer. Even if you achieve the goal you will not be able to maintain. Stop thinking about weight loss. Just concentrate on healthy eating habits and exercise to feel better. Weight loss will come as byproduct. Most important your lifestyle will be changed for ever and the motivation will be for lifetime. Character is more important than goals

Why are most of these tips based on motivating you to LOOK a specific way? It is much healthier to focus on how you FEEL. Yes the body will follow if you make the right choices but instead of having your motivation be self hatred of how you look, let it be self love. The fact that you need to love yourself so much that you are going to fuel your body right. You are going to eat and do things that are good for you because you want to feel good and you love yourself enough to do so.

Comparing yourself to other women and other bodies shouldn't be something you should be doing I don't know how they put something like this on this show. Our bodies are different, all bodies are beautiful. Too much comparing can lead to serious eating disorders just like what happened to me. I used to compare myself with everyone and ended up having anorexia. Just think that you'll be healthier and happier once you loose weight. I know it's really hard but you'll get there someday. Please don't compare yourself to anyone

We must focus on our health and if we don't, we will see the outcome sooner than it supposed to. We get older and our health deteriorates naturally, but why not to take care of it now.
