it’s hard to keep consistent when i was way happier eating whatever whenever without thinking about food, instead of now thinking of food all day and planning meals.

I do 5 out of 6. cheatdays on sunday make me stick to my diet more though. Although I have to eat lots of protein first before taking some junk like ice cream.

I agree with the no cheating on the weekend. I don't think it's good to plan for having a cheat day once a week. I understand comments who disagree, however, I want to focus on creating a healthy diet that satisfies me everyday, and I don't plan what "good" food I'm gonna eat this weekend because then I'll be obsessing over food. I will "cheat" if the occasion comes up/special events or have a cheat MEAL if I'm really stuck on something for days.
I want to focus on the healthy foods I enjoy and that I'm bringing into my life, not the ones I'm giving up.

Of course this is me personally and you know yourself and your journey best and I wish you the best of luck even if you are doing something different than me ☺️
