How much rounds of each exercise? Just one round and then go to next exercise? Or repeat all exercises 3 times?

These videos are great, but I need one I can follow along to real time, other wise it's hard to make myself do it. Like a follow along with minimal extra talking (or a cut link to where each starts) would be so much more helpful
