I would prefer body lifting rather than weight lifting. Burpees, plank, running 🏃 and strict dietary plan can easily leads you to fit and strong body.

My maintenance with my activity level (because I go gym 4-5 times a week and play football on Sundays) is 2500, I’ve been in a 500 cal defecit so I’ve been eating around 1800-2000 calories a day with about 170 g of protein. I have been losing weight, currently 80kg. (Was 97 in Jan 2023) but after watching this video, It makes me think I was already doing a mini cut but for so long. Would it be okay for me to cut my defecit even more. Maybe like 1600-1700 per day but keep the expenditure the same?

I need some advice please. Im 5'9, I eat around 2300 calories a day for calorie deficit but I haven't lost weight at all in two weeks. at work, I walk around 30k steps and lift over +1000 heavy boxes then do Calisthenics when I get home. I'm trying a mini cut but not sure what i'm doing wrong

If your maintenance is 2200 Cal. You do a cut at 1600 Cal/day. What should the calories be after the minicut?
