Is it crucial that I do a warm up before every workout, even pilates? I've been depressed and had a really rough couple of years, looking to start working out again. I have this all or nothing mindset so I'm starting with 10 min pilates everyday but with warm up and cool down. That adds more time, even if the warm up and cool down are short, I still find myself avoiding the whole workout because it takes more than 10 min. Do I need to warm up and cool down every time? <3

Whenever i do any workouts, my back KILLS me, and its really annoying bc i have to keep stopping to let it rest in the middle of a workout. I dont know what to doooo 😭
