This is a routine to gently build core and hip strength while releasing muscle tightness in your hips and lower-back. Ideal for the guy who isn’t flexible and has much yoga experience. Modifications for the inflexible are provided as well as proper technique instruction, so you know what you should be doing, what you should and should not be feeling, and how to use your breathing to make the workout more effective.
By the end of this routine, you’ll feel stronger, more flexible, and mentally prepared for the day ahead.
