I’ve had elbow pain for 2 years. Two cortisone shots when they wear off the pain comes back, I’m not getting another shot. I’ve done this exercise two days in a row now and I feel a lot of relief. I haven’t lifted vin well over a month, I’m hoping after doing this for a few more days the pain will be completely gone. Thanks for sharing!!

I didn't have access to a resistance band, so I used my other arm as resistance, and wow, this worked. Thank you.

I have been suffering from this pain for more than a month. Tried a lot of things like brace, icing, rest . Nothing helped. Did this exercise with a 7kg resistance band for 3 reps and instantly feel the pain reduced . Thank you . Will continue to do this .
