Thing with tendinitis is once it’s warmed up the pain eases off you should get him to try the exercise again the next day or later on that day maybe

this guy might say "test and retest" and get the "thats good" thing, but this is a long term rehab thing. If you have tennis elbow this can be a weakness and pain for months and months even with these exercises. take it easy.

thank you SO MUCH for posting this video. I have a tenniselbow for about 15 years now and it has caused me so much pain during padel games that i couldn't play anymore. I tried a lot of streching and ice-ing but that only felt good for the very short term. After 2 weeks doing this exercise every day i felt major relief on my elbow when playing padel. Now it's about 6 weeks later and i have no pain at all anymore and i can play padel many times a week. Doing the exercise only 3 times a week now. This is a life changer for me, thank you SO MUCH!!!

I stupidly didn't stop training when hit with this pain - I used elbow sleeves and tried to keep going.
As a result it became chronic and I also ended up with radial nerve impingement on the top of my forearm.
So far it's taken 4 months of careful rehab and it's still not completely better. This has been a painful but important lesson for me.

Hi there, been watching your channel for a long time and you put out amazing content in every video. Would you consider doing a video on Triceps Tendinosis / Tendinopathy?
I find a lot of elbow pain can mimic the 3 common conditions including lateral / medial epicondylitis, but triceps tendonitis / tendinopathy gets overlooked and might actually be more common in weightlifters.

That's 1 of my largest issues, especially while doing the lateral raise, in gonna start doing a forearm workout everyday

I find that as soon as I neglect my wrists and forearms the tennis elbow comes back. Will incorporate exercises like this more consistently into my routine

Kettlebell swings fixed both arms with tennis elbow, nothing else worked as well and as fast. Start with 8 kg, then 9 kg a week later.

I started doing barbell holds and would add fat grips..add time every time and I got rid of it in couple of months..

I have this from doing too many wide grip pull ups. Hopefully this can help me i can't even do bicep curls without being in agony
