Today we’re going to talk about tennis elbow. I’m also going to share with you how to fix tennis elbow with a very simple and unique technique.

I believe you should never work on the same side that’s in pain. I think when people work on the same side, the affected area takes much longer to heal. You would want to work on the opposite side. 

How to do this tennis elbow exercise:

• Pinpoint the pain and then press on the mirror image 
The key is to find the exact mirror image. The right point may actually be sore. 

• Now work on the muscles going up the arm (still on the opposite arm that’s in pain)

• Do this every night for a week or two

I believe this works because both arms are connected by a circuit through the spinal column. There is a stuck flow in the brain, and the brain is sending pain signals to one side. To free it up, you work on the opposite side so that the brain will focus on the opposite side and lets the pain go from the affected side. This only may help with pain, not a tear.

I am coming back here to tell you this was the only thing that has helped me so far. I've had tennis elbow for 4.5 months, the pain was unbearable. I tried pretty much everything and I came across this video, I was sitting at work and decided to give it a go. I massaged opposite side and the pain subsided straight away, came back after a while but I was so determined that I massaged it whenever I could every day. to the point I had a bruise. And after 2 weeks I had about 60% of the initial pain. Then I went on holiday and rested the arm a lot (no gym, gardening or work at the desk which I think all worsened it) and now I am at only 10% of the pain!! I massage it as soon as I feel a little more pain. IT does work! Thank you!

Oh my goodness! This really works. My husband is 67 ears old and golfs every day. He experienced golfer's elbow for the past three days, looking for relief he viewed this video and the pain from the right elbow ceased by massaging the left elbow!

Strangely enough, this got rid of 90% of what was left of my pesky tennis elbow. ...which I got while playing tennis. ...which I refused to stop playing despite the pain / discomfort of tennis elbow.
And this video also reminded me of how I could feel what I called "sympathy pain" in my unused arm. I kept brushing it off because I never hit with that arm. But lo and behold, that's what I needed to tend to ;) Thanks, Dr. Berg!

I am utterly astonished. I had tennis elbow in my left arm during the summer. Literally about 2 weeks ago, the pain in my right arm began to hurt. I tried many different massages on it and physical therapy exercises. Nothing was working and it was getting worse actually. I also used that massage machine they have at physical therapy. I stumbled upon this clip, and I figured hey why not. I KID YOU NOT, MY PAIN IS COMPLETELY GONE. I got nauseous, like really nauseous, but then it went away. I even felt the numbing and tingling when I rubbed the opposite arm. Tomorrow morning I will ask that someone rub my shoulder cause it hurts too. I cannot thank you enough! The pain was in my “good arm”, and I was afraid I’d lose the strength there too. I have a torn ligament in the other one so it’s not as strong and I workout at the gym. Not gonna lie, I was skeptical about this "fix" but wow! I don't have pain in my arm anytime I try to lift ANYTHING like I did before. It even hurt to hold my phone! Now I'm pain free. Alright, I thought this guy was joking. I HAD tennis elbow for about two months, bad pain. Tried everything, nothing worked. So I did this, massaged my opposite elbow area, it hurt, I really dug in deep. Woke up next morning with two sore elbows. Tried to massage again but opposite elbow was too sore. Figured I'd wait till next day (today) woke up and my tennis elbow is 90% gone, no joke. CANT BELIEVE IT. I guess it's like a acupuncture thing. But IT WORKED. Opposite arm still sore from deep message, lol.
