Tennis elbow pain can be stubborn making it frustrating to deal with. It’s especially annoying when it bothers everyday activities like pouring a drink, doing chores around the home, and exercising.

Tennis elbow can nearly always be treated to go away 100% within just a few months. But many people deal with it for 6+ months, even more than a year.

They spend money on braces, medications, and doctors visits only to get temporary relief.

In rare cases, some even go through risky surgery to get elbow pain relief but find that the problem comes back months later.

In this video Dr. David explains the root problem of tennis elbow and how to fix it. He also shares with you the causes, symptoms and common treatment options.

Great video--apparently this is what's killing my elbow 🙁 I'm glad to know you're here in EP in case this exercise doesn't help. Thank you!

😊thank you El Paso!! After listening to over a dozen videos, you are the first one that covered the pain extending down through the hand and fingers. You are appreciated!! Thank you so much.. I am taking time to rest my arm for a couple days to give the area a break…. The pain was over a 10. After 24 hours of rest, I can already feel the pain to an 8. I can start strengthening by tomorrow.

Wow I find your information so clear, and interesting ..I play the piano and am desperate to fix my tennis elbow (right arm). What you have explained matches my problems. I will try and use grip balls instead of the grip gun you show as I have sore palms. Thank you for all your advice.

Genius. I’ve been doing forearm curls, curling down and had stopped doing the raises. Thank you so much.

This is exactly what's wrong with my elbow... It started after a car accident. I also commented on you're other videos about shoulder tendon tears that described my shoulder pain

Turned 31. First ever tennis elbow a month ago. I am sad and fighting every ounce of being to not play tennis early.

Thank you for your straightforward message and downplaying of a swift surgical “solution” (which sometimes makes more problems than it solves).

I had tennex surgery on my right elbow. That is the surgery for this. They also said my tendon was 50 percent ripped. I agreed to the surgery because i thought the doc was fixing my tendon. I was wrong. They just took out the scar tissue and to be honest it actually really helped. That elbow is 100 now. A few years later my elbow on my other arm started hurting. Tennis elbow feeling again. Im trying to fix it without having to do surgery again. I appreciate your advice and i will try this and hopefully i don't have to have surgery again.
