I injured my elbow 4 months ago and had pain every day. I couldn’t even pick up a carton of orange juice without having pain. My doctor told me to check out your You Tube channel and start some strength training. I’ve been doing these exercises faithfully twice a day for the past month. This week was the first time in 4 months that I’ve been pain free! Thank you for all you do Dr. Jo!

I have been looking all over the place for a good complete source of practical exercises and tips for improving my tennis elbow. I wish I found your video first. It is without a doubt one of the best I’ve ever found. You are so thorough, your explanations of f what you want to do and why are so easy to understand, and your put everything I needed to find all in one great video. You also made something that is pretty dry to be interesting. It is super obvious that you not only know what you’re talking about, but you also know how to explain it to lay people. The power of stretching can never be overemphasized. I was suffering from tennis elbow for at least 3 weeks now, not understanding why, but just doing what you suggested in the beginning of this video ( stretching with fist down ) 4 reps for me just for added measure, gave me instant relief. Thanks a lot Dr. Jo! I will be stretching much more daily from now on.

I m 55 years old
Yes I been through the tennis elbow pain but not serious pain.
The pain will release with stretching and massage together.

From 10 years ago I started to do massage by myself everyday until now and I feel so good.
By the way I am a masseuse in luxury spa at Saudi Arabia for 20 years.

Hi Jo! I joke around a say I have a « soap » elbow. Cause I don’t play tennis! I got a epicondylitis from stirring my batches of soap! Haha! Thanks for this video. I am seeing a physio therapist here but your video makes it easier for me to remember what to do! Cheers

Thank you so much for the video! I have had the worst tennis elbow for a month, it got so bad, there was shooting pain going down my arm. I iced my arm, but cream on my arm twice a day, took Bayer every day, but nothing relieved the pain until I found this video! I’ve been doing the stretches in this video, twice a day, for 3 days now, and my arm has been tremendously better!

I was having pain and setbacks in both arms for nearly a year. By following the instructions in this video (to include the brace and flexbar) I’m back to normal with zero pain or discomfort and full range of motion. I can play guitar without any limitations again. THANK YOU FOR THIS 😃

Thank you. I went to the gym and lifted a bit much, that night my elbow was aching but over a period of a day it has got so bad a can barely lift my arm up was is the best possible option thanks

Chef here, tennis elbow has been so bad for me for about 1 month. First two stretches and my arm felt very unusual during the stretch. When I released I had almost instant relief. You’re literally a life saver.

I've had tennis elbow since 3 weeks. At begining, I did not notice this and thought this pain would be gone away after some rest days.
