In this video you will find Daily breath work before you start your practice or at the end of your yoga practice. In this video you will find a daily guide to practice Full Yogic Breathing, Kapalabhati, Agnisaar, Shitkari, Alternate Nostril Breathing and Shanmukhi Mudra. Ensure that you are on an empty stomach or have eaten at least couple of hours before this practice. Please consult your doctor if you have high blood pressure or any other health issues before you try this video. This is not a tutorial, it is just for you to practice with everyday.
