The Total Body Vinyasa Flow Yoga Workout is a 1hour Yoga class designed to energize the body, mind and spirit.

This is a perfect routine to start the day, or to practice at anytime in the day.

Yoga is healing and therapeutic when practiced with attention to posture through the movements. By practicing with me regularly, you'll learn to properly align your body to make sure you using the right muscles in the poses to prevent injury or strain, and feel a deeper connection to the inner body.

This is an awesome morning workout you can do to start your day right with a combination of exercises to help pump blood though the body, to move fluid, and warm up the joints along with strengthening exercises for the core, arms, hips, glutes, legs, chest, upper back, and shoulders.

Focus your mind, restore health and balance to your body and spirit.

4 years later/older and I still love this practice. This is the first 60 minute class I've done since I hurt my knee back in July. I need to do more because the last 15 minutes are so awesome. I am afraid of overdoing it though. After nearly 10 years, I still love practicing with you. Thanks, Tim! You're the best. Namaste.

I really didn't feel like yoga today, but I trust Tim to not move between poses too fast, and to always make me smile. This one hour class was just what I needed - lots of full body opening and stretches, and I never lost my motivation. Loved it Tim, thank you SO much for the free content!!

Loved the cobra variation in place of updog! Felt my lower back heating up much quicker and felt stronger in the standing poses. Great practice as always!

This is what I like to call an almost romantic deja vu. Here on this bridge Tim started delivering his first class yoga videos to us, about 5 years ago, I think. That marked the time when I became a great fan of his mixed Ashtanga/Iyengar approach. With Tim I found my own personal yoga exercise. I shall be forever grateful. Hope he comes yo Amsterdam one day.

Thanks a lot for a hour of precious time for me! Another great video. Just the way I love Yoga. The quiet flow of movements you lead me through was pure meditation and the flow was very well rounded, all the basic poses I love. Just the way you addressed it in your challenges. This class was a dreamy way to end the week. With my husband working from home I've been doing yoga in the yard where I have to workout in an awkward corner to avoid seeing the construction crew working on the house behind me with constant hammering and stapling. But the extreme of this is a hummingbird visited my zinnias during the practice. The ultimate yin/yang of zen.

The day inwas feeling i wanted to take a break as I was feeling lethargic due to sleeping in was the first time i took my first 1-hr session with Tim. Save for the crow pose and hand stand, i felt pretty proud of myself. Thanks tim

I thought I was doing the 45 minute morning flow, but I soon realized I was repeating the one hour total body workout. Oops! I'm a bit pressed for time this morning, but I really enjoyed it again. Great practice! Thanks, Tim. I hope your holidays are happy. Namaste.
