Those who suffer from constipation listen to me. Soak 4 prunes in hot water about a cup for 30 minutes or more and blend it. Drink the half before bedtime and the other half after waking up in the morning. I don't relieve myself daily for 40 years until I drink this juice. Now I am a regular and have not missed a day. I tried changing my diet and lots of water with exercise and it's either a hit or miss but with this one it changed the game.

Thank you Sadhguru 🙏, I'm not scared 😂Also vata dosha is dry so add a little bit of ghee or healthy fat with each meal. Vata dosha should also cook vegetables a bit because raw and fibrous vegetables are difficult for this constitution.🧘‍♀️

Since centuries the optimal manner to overcome not only occasional constipation but chronic constipation too naturally will be taking castor oil. Remember that castor oil is the only laxative that will not work in the intestines by irritating them, but by activating and synthesizing certain substances in the human body. So any habituation of the human body or diminishing laxative effect is absolutely impossible and castor oil is suitable in a special manner for chronic constipation. Take 1 tablespoon (15 ml) castor oil early in the morning on an empty stomach; eventuelly later a second tablespoon castor oil.

I had constipation since a very long time, suddenly it became severe. I started taking prescribed laxative, changed my lifestyle and was getting better.. After seeing vdos of satvic moment, Dr pal and sadguru I started intermittent fasting.. After few days chronic constipation came back.. I had to go the doctor again. The doctor scolded saying who said u to eat fruits in breakfast and do intermittent fasting. If u won't eat then how will u poop.. I thought I was eating Fibrous food and sufficient. I am scared now not sure what is the correct approach to follow for constipation. Now I started eating 3meals a day.

A diet that works well in Southern India will not be sufficient if you live in Sweden or Tibet. Long cold winters call for dairy products and meat just to survive the low temperatures.
