Thank you! I feel I’m ready for these! It took me a year to get disc pain out my leg. I’m 3 mo symptom free and have worked up to do static lunges with 30# with no issues but I’m still pretty intolerant of flexion in exercises like a ball squat. I can sit for longer periods now which feels like a miracle.
I will experiment with these in the video. Thank you so much!

Hey Remi,

I repetitively watch your YouTube videos to stay positive and motivated on my back issues
Your story of recovery from back issues gives hope
I have l5-s1 mild Facet joint arthropathy (R>L) and schmorls node at L5
Can you devise a workout for me.
Waiting to hear back.

Hey Remi,
Common core exercises for lower back stability such as planks, side planks, single leg glute bridges, an rollouts that all were apart of your recovery process. Are most of these flexor free?
My pain has really seemed to originate from ATP,
Would appreciate your advice.
Thanks

Hey Remi! Thanks so much for all the vids. Discovered you about 3 weeks ago with you video describing you're entire back issue from start til now. And of course I've a question to ask. Does a straight leg raising test on one's back have to confirm something in the back, or could the nerve pain be something from the pelvis/hip joint entirely? I ask, because when I sneeze or cough I feel nothing in my back/spine, like I have in the past with sciatica on the opposite side; however, this time I dread a sneeze or cough because of the shooting pain it will activate in my hip and glute. cheers

This is great, what exercises should one do to even out a lateral tilt from my hips moving away from pain? So a dropping right hip means stuff like lunges and glue medius stuff?
