i am not a dancer but i think these workouts are perfect for a farmer like me because it’ll help with posture and core strength which are basically depleted while working in the farm

As an ex-ballerina that has been too nervous to take a ballet class after 4 years this was a great first step for me to wake up those muscles I don't always use in my usual workouts! this gave me a little burst of confidence and happiness this morning <3

I just graduated with a dance degree this past spring. I've been struggling this summer with knowing how to train on my own time. This workout was PERFECT. I would love if you do more in this dance/ballet-inspired style. Thank you for your videos!!!

You and Leslie Fightmaster at Fightmaster Yoga are SAVING MY LIFE through COVID. I admit I do a lot of these 5 minutes at a time as work breaks throughout the day - it really helps me when I'm losing my focus or going into a mental black hole of despair in these weirdass times.
