Hips feeling tight? I feel your pain!

I have been doing a regular routine to stretch and mobilise my hips. This one is less of a workout and more of a stretch, combining some dynamic movement and some static stretching focused on getting the hips mobilised and stretched out. It really helps me

It's a great bit of maintenance work as well as easing tension or even pain, helping you avoid injuries and hopefully improve performance in whatever you choose to put your body through in terms of sport.

Remember if you have any specific issues speak to a doctor or therapist, my videos are only general fitness advice.
