I recommend mixing a wide mix of our workout videos up and doing them most days of the week. Don't repeat the same one over & over - we have well over 100 to choose from & more added every day, take advantage of that!

Hi there! Belly fat loss takes a combination of different types of cardio, total body strength training, and a healthy diet. Notice I said total body strength training - you can't spot reduce fat. Strength training builds lean muscle that will help to boost your metabolism so that you burn more fat even while sitting on your bum. Hope this helps!

It's perfectly fine to stop when you need to. We all have different strengths and weaknesses, so move at the pace that challenges you, personally, taking breaks when you need to but being sure to push yourself just a tad bit out of your comfort zone each time.

With a healthy & moderate diet, regular cardio and total body strength training, anywhere from 2-4 weeks. - 2 weeks until you start to feel & see very little differences & by 4 weeks the chances become more perceptible.

After round one it felt like someone was twisting a knife in my stomach, during round 2 it felt like someone finally pulled out the knife but started squeezing lemon juice in the wound. RIP stomach

Just start small. We have beginner workouts that will be a better place for you to start. I know it can be frustrating but don't give up!
