Thanks! I’m 60 years old. Always been a heavy lifter. Pain has caused me to change my outlook and I’m trying to get back in shape. Really enjoying the burn. My wife and I hope to hang in there

Kaleigh, I just have to come here and publicly thank you for your workouts but especially for your stretching. No matter how "spicy" it gets during one of your cycling lessons, I never wake up the next morning feeling sore or hurt, like I used to, and I have absolutely no doubt that it's all thanks to these stretching exercises! It's amazing to notice the improvement not only in my cardio with the cycling sessions but also in my stretching with these! Thank you so much!

I honestly think you've changed my life. Your videos are entertaining but professional, challenging but measurable and most importantly supportive. In all my 20 years of training I've never actually enjoyed cardio but this I could do twice a day no problems. Once I've hit the RPMS in your beginner tutorials I will be joining you live, can't wait to see you there 🥰

Been doing this after every spinning session since I started last week, absolutely loving it and it feels great after not being able to walk immediately after getting off the bike

I LOVE this dessert. I do it every time I do any of your 20 min spin classes, before my Total Gym workout. Today it kicked my butt!!! Thank you for all you do for this 60, almost 61, year old grandma keeping in shape, better every day-with your help!!!
