Did this tonight after my first official running event! A 5.6k and I finished within the time limit, with just a single 2 min walking interval needed (it ain't much but I came from nowhere; 0 endurance and a very damaged relationship with sports). Grateful for your videos and your welcoming positive energy Ash!

I have tried 3 of your other longer stretches, I think this one is my favorite. For my specific muscle tightness I feel that this one targets where I need it most.

I do this or the 10 minute dynamic stretch after a run and it feels so good. Stretching aside though you have the most comforting voice.
