🥑 Diet tips: I recommend to eat as healthy as possible and drink enough water throughout the day. If you want to put on muscle, increased calorie intake is important. Grab a healthy food in between your meals like nuts, bananas, avocado, protein yogurt etc. You can also slowly increase your current meal portion, most importantly don't skip meals if you want to put on some booty ;)

I’m not good at writing comments but let me tell y’all. I been doing this since like late September of 2021 and now it’s April 2022 and my booty definitely has grown from this work out. Just stay consistent and make sure to always take breaks. Like a 2 day break and get back to it. I’m small and petite so this exercise even help me with my cellulite a little to. It’s worth it.
