Been doing a penny in a workout jar for ever minute I work out for a few years! Lol amazing how that adds up. Haven't missed a day in over 2 yrs. Another grt workout. TY Lucy

Lucy, it has been exactly one year since I've started doing your workouts to help bring some form of mental and physical wellness back into my life. I must say, you have officially succeeded in bringing one of the most anti-workout people in the world on board with your wellness journey. Thanks to you I have lowered my cholesterol 40 points, helped improve my heart health and helped bring some form of control back into my chaotic life. From the bottom of my heart, thank you. And I'm posting on this particular video because out of the hundreds I've done from your channel, for some reason this one resonates with me the most. I feel AMAZING after this particular workout. This is really great workout as its Ramadan i was looking for something light n easy and its awesome . Plz Lucy some more easy workouts for reducing hips and thighs as its Ramadan we have less time ..Thank You in Advance :)

Done❣️ Couldn't wait for tomorrow so I did this and I felt so good all over my body. My coordination has improved a lot & able to follow the move changes immediately.Thanks Lucy for allowing me to invest in my future health aside from the weight loss & toned body. High 5🖐️❤️🧡💛💚💙

I did it..intially felt awakward as move starts sudden but later was all sweaty so m sure few secs lost in understanding the workout is still worth..thanks lucy. Will post my progress on fb page tonight

Love these short, simple workouts. I can fit one in during my break at work and it makes me feel fantastic, just when my energy levels are slipping during the day. It means I'm much more focused and productive for the rest of the day!
