It's is my 2 nd week of doing this exercise

Things i achieve
I lost almost 4 kg of my weight
And I really felt energetic.
Also my periods on the track.

I am 157 cm
And 67 kg weight when I started my workout.

the burning feeling when you complete a work out is amazing. I was cold before because I am on IF and keto so this helps so much

Thanks! went for 2 x 15 mins. But in the second set, instead of 10 push ups I did 5. and instead of squats, I did lunges and kick throughs. I hope it's okay.

I do this workout everyday. I just change up the 2 exercises to what I want. But the jump rope stays the same👍. #DIDTHETHING

At first, this workout was complicated to finish. But I'm 7 days in, and OMG I CAN DO ALL OF IT without stoping!

You know what.. I stuck with it.. albeit slow.. I completed 2 rounds in 45mins. 500cal baby..

Clean from IV fentanyl and xylazine for 5 days. Tomorrow morning I'm buying a jump rope. Everyday your going to be with me whether you know it or not.

I bought a jump rope a few months ago and I love watching the jump rope dudes. I love watching and enjoying their testimony on how they got started.
It really bless me, and I am going to try and keep trying to be a better and healthier person because I really want to get off all my diabetes. I really pray that this helps me. Thank u Jump ropes dudes.

Hello from Dubai! Sitting at home during our Corona lockdown and needed something intense to do at home and then came across the Jump Rope Dudes! Doing ur burn series one day a time and feel great afterwards! Didn't know that jump rope could be such an effective cardio workout.

I just did this workout and it KICKED MY BUTT! The great thing is that I didn’t hate it! Most at home workouts I do don’t make me sweat this much. Loved it and subscribed!!
