About the video:
There's a huge difference between a clean bulk vs dirty bulk in how your physique looks and how often you need to diet. When most people try to gain muscle using a typical bulking diet, they gain a lot of body fat. The key to building muscle without gaining fat is to have a clean bulk strategy with a diet to build muscle at an appropriate rate.

In this video, I share the plan I use for lean bulking, including how I set up a lean bulk diet, lean bulk macros, and training tips to gain lean muscle. If your goal is to build more muscle and stay lean all year round, you must learn how to lean bulk properly and build muscle without gaining fat.

I find that to order to have the perfect form, you need to take things slow, and don't feel ashamed or guilt to not do progressive overload (challenging lift) at the beginning, focus on good form, THEN you can effectively add more weight since you've mastered the motion. I'm always rushing things, trying to lift heavy without actually maintaining good form. It's okay at the beginning to just get used to your workout routine.

I started my cut arround 220lbs detrained (20 - 25%). Cut 44lbs and gained muscle back around 12-13% bf. (Body recomp). Starting my very first lean bulk and your video is just on time! Thank you for information and quality content !!

Can't wait to get to this phase. But so far I'm still recomping because I'm at 28% body fat (about 30 lbs of fat to lose still). So I'll just hit the "save to watch later" button so in a year or two it will be waiting for me.

after 5 years of effective training you can expect 10 pounds in the next five years which is painfully slow but very visible at the end . so dont stress the scale so much just focus on the process...thnx for the help man

More so than any technical tips, the critical mental mindset advice is so very useful. Being careful, patient, dont panic for small fat gains. All these are so good and what I watch you for. The insight into the mental discipline needed to achieve weight loss and muscle gain at the high ratios you show I have found invaluable, thank you!

As someone who has been able to get sub 10% bf recently, though it took me close to 6 months, I have struggled turning it around to a bulking phase, and have lost control a couple of times.

I feel like I am ready now based on advice like yours how to transition in a controlled and realistic manner. Thank you again!

Lean bulk for the win. I tried dirty bulking and regretted it hard, lol. I am still cutting because of how much fat I gained. At least I know what not to do.

Very useful and practical information, i have done same mistake of being in permacut and once when i was bulking i ate everything just to gain weight, now after watching your videos, i have changed my philosophy and now am focusing on lean gaining with a longer duration in mind,
