I have been working out with the minimalist routine CONSISTENTLY for about 1.5 months, bro I couldn't be more happy, I have no problem going to the gym bc of the "mental bar" you talked about. How great to see a fitness enthusiast who is also a foodie! Like you, I can’t detach my love of food, and just because you love food doesn’t mean you can’t be fit, lean and healthy. A great diet doesn’t have to be bland chicken breast and broccoli! Really interesting video, I’ve always been fascinated with Asian food, everything looked absolutely delicious!

I eat a lot of beans and legumes, mostly plant based and it’s worked really well for me. I also drink plant based protein. I’ve noticed that body building diets aren’t the healthiest for our our bodies.

I love love love your content because you really embody the balanced approach to health and fitness that I strive for. I love good food and and good wine and depriving myself was never going to be a sustainable approach, the same way that spending hours and hours in the gym 4-5 days a week was never going to work for me. It's so nice to see a voice in the fitness world that takes this balanced approach and shows what a healthy AND balanced lifestyle can look like. One that doesn't show some sort of deep-seated shame or insecurity about eating a carbohydrate or obsessively meal prepping and macro counting. Fantastic stuff, keep it up, I subbed instantly.
