One of my dogs had bradycardia and the vet diagnosed it through an EKG that was part of his health plan. He was 12 and the vet said he could have collapsed and died at any time. He told me that Purdue University did pacemakers surgery on dogs. I chose to do the surgery. He lived another three years after that and it was totally worth it.

One of my keto snacks is chocolate coconut fat bombs
1 cup SF Choc Chips
1 cup SF coconut
1/4 cup butter
Melt choc in 20 sec intervals stirring after each 20 secs, should only take 1 min, add butter, stir until melted, add coconut and stir well
Put in 8 muffin paper cups or anything else you want
Makes 8
They are delicious
165 cal
13.9g fat
3.9 g protein
4.4 g carb
Net 1.4 g
3.1 g fiber

Red bell peppers are my favorite.... but can't imagine them as a bread substitute. I like to use large leaves of romaine as bread. I fill mine with egg salad and dill... tuna salad.. chicken salad, , , asian chicken w. sesame seeds and cilantro, any deli meats and cheeses, , , even with hot carnitas, scrambled eggs and chorizo... endless possiblities !

I love cucumbers too. I mix sriracha and mayo and dip the cucumbers in it. So good!!

Thank you for sharing. I tend to go with the same foods for long periods of time and then after three or four months I burn out and quite for awhile and gain half of what I've lost back. This gives me lots of ideas!
