How are you getting 34g of protein? That yogurt has 12g per serving according to Walmart’s website. The blueberries and drink enhancer have 1g or less.

Try using Stevia liquid and a tsp or 2 of lemon juice in the blueberry and scoop of protein after it finishes melting then add yogurt and finish

Dont forget that fat is actually essential to your body's optimal functoning. Even if you are watching your weight! Greek yoghurt has fat soluble vitamins like A, K, E that are not fully absorbed in the absence of fat. Always take the full fat version. Watch out for added sugars in these light/zero fat versions.

Instead of using the water sweetener like mio, use natural sweetener like raw honey because lots of the sweeteners like mio have Sucralose in them and they are very unhealthy.

I mean it really depends on the brand and what kind of yogurt you get.

I eat the great value light greek yogurt in vanilla because it is what's closest and cheapest for me.

As a snack I feel like it's a decent choice, at 14g of protein per serving.

But if you go to Sam's club, they have plain greek yogurt that is 18g per serving. Which is a nice snack if I'm feeling a bit hungry before a meal, and a nice way of getting a little more protein into my diet.

If you don't like plain yougurt or whatever, then I'd suggest getting stevia and vanilla extract or even some sugar free strawberry glaze to add as a topping.
