Thank you for showing me that a 10 min mile isn't too fast 😆 got a 1.5 mile test coming up next year and i did my first mile in 9:30 but finished the 1.5 in 15:02. Still passing time but def wanna get it to around 14 mins

I recently started running, one of my goals is a sub 6 minute pace over 2 miles.

I started with just over 10 minute pace at the start of Feb. Today run the first mile in 8:04. I'm slowly aiming to get my first mile under 6 min then plan to add distance running at the 6 minute pace. Till i can do 5k in sub 20 minutes.

Now that is just a milestone in my training. I actually practice by doing longer distances between 3-8 miles with intervals and tempo workouts. But they 1 mile and 2 mile times are my reference points as when u first started 8 minute mile was essentially my full on sprint and now i can hold that for a full mile

Hello, thats beautiful pace you got there .

I need a bit of advice. I used to run half marathon or 10km woth 4:30/km pace .. it was about when i was 27..
Now, i just turned 30, I cant even beleive i could fo that kind of pace. My pace now is hardly 5:20/km at best.
And back then even sleeping schedule was fucked up. I feel like i am awful now.. i feel really bad about myself now 😅...i have no idea what is going on with me... I really want to achieve my old pace and even want to go beyond that.

Sorry for long text, but your advice would be higly appreciated.

I have no idea why but my legs will be moving faster and longer strides then other runners and I’ll move my arms more and somehow they are still in front of me and it makes me so frustrated
