Your technique/build must be efficient AF. I feel like I'm flying and trying so hard at some of these paces and you are so relaxed and making it seem chill.

Lol your recovery pace is faster than my mile time 😂 but I’ll get better day by day.

Can you put this down as treadmill speed?! I'd like to know as reference. 💯

I just ran 2 miles in 18 minutes and I feel completely gassed. And I love how that’s your recovery pace lol but I know it probably took you a long time to build up to that and years and years worth of training and running. I just started running About three weeks ago. Never actually ran more than a mile in my entire life until I ran a 5K about two weeks ago. I ran it in about 30 minutes. Completely gassed me out though. My goal in the next six months is to be able to run a consistent seven minute mile.I want to run a 5K in 21 minutes or less eventually.

4 min pace looks tremendous but 2:50 is the pace of Eliud. Crazy!!!!

And as I increase my distance today, please believe my pace is definitely an 'easy run' at 2.5 miles

Instead of a consistent injury-inducing jog for 5 miles for time, would a more comfortable fast run and then a few seconds of walking be better or sustainable? Jogging has caused me nothing but joint and tendon pain, even when I have gotten expensive shoes professionally handpicked for my feet. I even picked up some barefoot shoes to do slow-medium pace forefoot running, but that ended up causing me foot pain. It ended my shin splints though. I can't even walk on my foot now, but at the end of my run I took the shoes off and did a fast pace to my house. It felt a lot better.

Hope this vid is accurate. Based on the ground covered, my running watch is definitely wrong.

When you say 6 min pace do you mean it's 6 min per km or something else. I am new to running and before today i've never ran more than 1.5km at once but i went on a 5km organised run and it says i did about 5.43 min/km pace for a 28:43 minutes run (i had a 5.13 start and fell down after the 1st km).

World record was 2, 5 or something per km and i was gassing hard at 5km. So i can only imagine what such monsters' run look like.
