If you new to running do not compare yourself to others. especially cadence and running form. It will lead you down a doggy road of injury and niggles. Enjoy yourself and be consistent 😊

Honestly, the way paces look can be deceptive. My 6:00 pace used to look like the 4:37. Now my 4:00 looks like James' 5:43.

Interesting that looks way faster than 4.37/km (23.04 5k). I did a 23.50 two Saturdays ago and I felt a lot slower than that. I would have guessed 4min/km or faster based on what I can achieve by just lengthening stride

That looks faster. I run a kilometer in around sub 4 minutes more or less and I take it slow at first then my normal pace then casually hit my sprint at the 500m . If you do this the whole time it probably be 3 minutes but maybe it just looks faster in video
