looking forward to seeing your next video. Thank you for the new hope that you have just given me. i have been working of the effects for some time now. My only concern is that there may be more than one event that has led me down this path to destructive behavior. i appreciate you. Again, thank you.

WOW I am SO grateful right now. I really relate to this video. I was thinking it was everything other than the cptsd lol I plan on spending the weekend reading The Art of trauma relief now that I signed the page and it's a really easy read. Thank you Kayleen and Brad. You two are amazing 🎉

thank you. Yes I will never forget my mother's suicide. I don't like talking to people who don't understand. I think I had a revelation Sunday. I came full circle with my trauma. So that was a breakthrough for me. I faced my truth. Thank you very much.

Thanks Brad. Your videos are so inspirational and knowing that your not the only one struggling with all of this helps. It's a daily battle. It's the not knowing how to heal from it all that makes it so difficult 😥

thanks for the vedio! you really did an amazing job by explaining the topic in such an illustrious way! i just remember that i had bulimia when i was in high school and i haven't really thought too much about that and after watching your vedio i now know the reason behind that strange eating disorder and I'm in uni now and start on my own way to find out the root of my pain and anger and try some ways to heal it. it really helps. you are right in saying that through healing the root from past you can cure some of your disease. i don't have bulimia now. it's not really you are addicted to something physicallly than you just need some thing to distract yourself from your true suffering which makes you really painful. it's just a protective mechanism of your body to averse the real problem you are suffering. once you fix the real root of your suffering, the source of the ptsd, the bad habit/addition/pain will just disappear accordingly.

Hi Brad, very good video; well done. I can sure relate to a couple of these conditions you describe. About 2 yrs. ago I was diagnosed with a generalized anxiety disorder, largely because of my past(school and family issues, largely).Your mentioning of digestive issues really hits home with me. I have been prone for a long time now with frequent bouts of stomach pain accompanied by nausea and severe gas, and these episodes can last for several hours, and they are awful! And I believe it's also because I had an addiction to carbohydrates (love bread too much!) and my wife and I have changed our diet and lifestyle to cut most of this thing out, so in the last few weeks I've lost 10 lbs. Thanks a lot.

Hi! I really liked that video. Lots of information given in a few minutes. Really easy to understand, even for a person like me, who doesn't speak english that well. I spent the two last years of my life, trying to heal the root of my trauma, but I been through so much trauma in my life, that I don't know how to l let it go. Do you think that writting a book could help me put my past behind or would it do the opposite?

I sincerely hope you are talking about basic chronic fatigue and not chronic fatigue syndrome. Well people in usa use the wrong name, its called myalgic encyphelomyalitis. That is a serious neurological condition similar to MS and saying that its mental or caused by trauma and can be fixed by fixing a trauma is not only wrong but damaging to a group of severely ill people that are already persecuted. I wasnt diagnosed for 11 years do to this very reason.
