Hello Dr Mike,
I am a male weighing 82kg and around 30-35 body fat (Mostly at belly) and 6ft height.
I have started doing full body resistance training 5x a week with 8-10 minute cardio sessions after each workout.

Hey Dr. Mike. I’m a female, 181cm tall, 75kg, and around 26-28% body fat, according to my weight scale. I’m training 4-5 times a week in the gym, plus I do 15 000 steps every day.
