100% true…..they will deflect from the truth and will try to twist things around even if you’re showing them evidence to their face…….that is why you must plan an exit strategy, get your finances in order, document everything, leave the narcissist asap, expose them for who they really are and also make sure you have no mercy whatsoever on them because they will have no mercy on you. EXACTLY. They don't care that they are lying like heck, they say lies as if they are real and TWIST the facts which are in reality: that he/she did the evil things but say YOU did it with a straight face in front of relatives as if it is real, and the relatives, (that you thought respected you) for some bizarre reason, all believe him/her the narcissist; even though you are a respectable, responsible educated person with degrees; it is maddening.

she verbally & emotionally abused me mostly when no one was around & then later deny they said this or that, they can't deal with reality & therefore they smear your reputation, character & integrity. I've emotionally detached from her & those who are like them. I see them as looking through a pane of glass, they lie. lie, & lie, but I gave no response or reaction

Yes I have been through all what you just said with my ex narc . See I did my homework and I had solid proof before I even hand conversation with the narc . But to show you how GOD works . She called me the very next day after she slept with another man . But when I confronted her for calling me . She ack if though I was just making up something . Until I describe how the guy look and what kind of car he was driving . Now she gets upset and say we haven’t been together for five years . People just be careful because these Greedy opportunist narcissist only out for one thing. And that’s what they can get from you … trust me I know been there done that . Light and love my people
