you're an angel sent from the heavens to me, thank you so much for this!! 😭😭 I've been struggling with depression for the last 3 years and I stopped working out, I gained weight but I didn't like any workout because it was too hard, even though it was labelled as beginner level - but your workouts... I love you so much, thank you 💗💗💗

7/1/25: Completed this tonight after a kickboxing class! Found and subscribed recently but this was my first class with you and I loved it. ❤

As a nearly lifelong fitness enthusiast (52 yo), I’m familiar with each of the movements, but would like to incorporate them more into my weekly workout schedule.

I mainly do strength and cardio 5-6 days a week, but slack off when it comes to intentional and extended stretching and mobility, and focusing and relaxing enough to hold the movements.

I’m adding a few of your classes to my stretching and mobility playlist, and plan to do one at least one day a week to start in addition to my other workouts.

I did some of your pilates a couple weeks ago and decided to try a 30 day challenge with another creator. I ended up with back pain due to no proper instructions so my form was terrible and I wasn't feeling a change. Glad to be back on your channel where I feel exactly where it targets after each class and your instructions make it bearable and achievable. Thank you!
