Don't know how else to thank you Autumn for all the good info. I have put it to use and I am happy to say I have hit my target weight goal of 185. That's down from my starting point of 215. I've followed your intermittent fasting and eating advice, coupled with some weight lifting advice from another YouTuber and I have went from a 40 waist to a 36 and that's been within the last three months, and having battled through the holiday eating season 😁. Thank you again.

It sounds crazy, but Autumn is right. I was following traditional bodybuilding techniques (which are completely opposite of intermittent fasting). By training fasted, I've actually built MORE muscle in less time. AND (this is the best part) I don't take ANY supplements anymore yet I have better results. I also don't eat a "post workout meal" because I'm just not hungry (I do an hour of treadmill walking after my workouts).

I’m doing the 21 day program & have done all the workouts but not in a fasting state. Morning exercise is a challenge because I’m homeschooling my kid & I have a sleep disorder so waking up early is hell. Gonna keep trying though!

Thanks for the video Autumn! What if you are just not a morning workout person? Should you end your fasting window early and workout after you’ve fasted for a few hours?

Do we need to eat protein soon after working out or can you keep fasting for a number of hours? I've always heard it's important to eat protein after a work out but I was hoping to work out in the morning but only break my fast late afternoon?

Ok I follow now. like I said I do walk (for about a hour) and then I do a beginner strength training work out. After my walk I have good energy. I am for sure trying to lose fat not muscle, just wanted to confirm before I continue with my regime because I read you have to eat before and after when you are doing any type of strength training. I generally fast 12p to 8pm, but I think I will be changing it to 11am to 7pm. Thanks

How long can one wait to break a fast with protein after doing resistance training? I've heard that there's a time frame to have protein after resistance training.

Ok this is all really great advice and every time I watch one of your videos I get super motivated. But my husband and 6yr old have sweets in the house and I've had them both keep their candy put up. I'm getting up in the middle of the night and eating sweets. Do you have any suggestions please? I am almost ready to give up because I'm waking up in the morning swollen and discouraged 😞

I workout every morning, during my fast. Lift weights and exercise, situps planks, pushups ect. Then I do 30 mins. on a stationary bike. I fast 16- 20 hours sometimes I just do OMAD. Oh and I'm 65 years old.

I love to have a black coffee and ACV then go straight for a workout. I find I perform so much better fasted than after a meal🤓🙂

Hello Autumn, great information. By the way, I bought chia seeds and flaxseed. I like the ease of use with the chia seeds. I did not know that you have to grind flaxseeds. Good thing I have a Nutribullet with a milling blade attachment. I probably will just buy chia seeds going forward. These large bags will last a long time.
