I tried doing 16/8 with low carbs diet, 45 minutes walk every day, I lost 10 lbs.... Now I have 15 lbs to lose hopefully before December 31st

Literally just watched a video from 2 doctors aparently "debunking" the myth that you burn more fat whilst fasting and exercising. Really hate how everyone contradicts eachother on the internet.
I'm on your side Autumn, i've found exercising in the morning fasted 100% burns more fat.

I think Autumn is spying on me. My window is 10-7 and I always exercise in the morning fasted. At 49 I find it works incredibly well. She’s very knowledgeable, great job!

Today is Day 3 with IF. I was doing 16:8 but I’m going to try 18:6. 3 meals with no snacks and more water. Clean fasting. High protein low carbs.

I recently went to a Chinese acupuncturist for some help with a nagging injury. She supports IF, but said we get it wrong here, due to the "Chinese body clock". According to this, ideally, we should eat breakfast between 7 and 9am and have our final meal between 3 and 4pm. It's worked wonders for my sleep, digestion and weight loss.

I fast from 8PM until noon, walking and exercising from 9AM to noon. My recent bout with lymphoma (currently in remission) caused me to lose 80lbs.- from 250 to 170- and substantial muscle mass. I am 195 now and targeting to stay below 200. Thanks for your guidance.

I do intermittent fasting.
I eat my last bite at 7 PM and my first smoothie at 11.30 AM.
I feel that I can even push it further to 12.15 PM.
I strength train at 10 AM in the morning.

You really don’t need breakfast ❤️❤️

I have never felt stronger.

Excellent advice! I will have to consider an earlier wake-up so that I can add another walk (I already walk my dog in the morning, but because there is a lot of sniffing, it is not a good form of exercise). Many thanks for another great video! I can't believe how much I am learning.

Great video Autumn! Having done IF for some time now, I definitely feel better by having a set eating window...usually 6-8 hours each day. I used to have breakfast early but now I can easily go to 11am-12pm. So true about having you last meal a couple of hours before sleep. I try finish 4-5 hours before bed and if I do eat closer to bed time, I really do notice the difference in sleep quality. Thanks for sharing this info!

I've been using this plan for several months now. And IT WORKS. I used to use mostly a keto approach but was eating three meals a days. It was hard. It's much easier to just skip breakfast and then limit my lunch and dinner to mostly protein and fats. The only thing I'm not doing much of is walking. I go for a 20 mile cycle ride Tuesday through Friday, do yoga on Monday and Wednesday, and get in some resistance training on Saturday and Sunday.
Autumn, I would love to see a video on getting lean gains. I shift to mostly strength training in the winter and put on more weight than I would like.

I do HIIT training and strength training while fasting. My eating window is 1-6. I’m a Vegan so getting enough protein is the hardest thing for me.

I am on strict keto (<20 carbs) and intermittent fasting 2 months. I went all the way up to one meal a day at 12 and every weekend I do 36hour fast when my blood sugar goes nicely down to 50 but my ketones are often above 5. Feeling brilliant. My blood test shows that my fatty liver is clearing out but I am not loosing weight at all. I have anywhere between 1200-1500 kcal a day (I am small 160cm and have all day long sitting job). I don't know what I can do more as I don't want to cut calories but don"t have time for workouts as I am working 8-5 and then I have uni 6-22pm :(
