Completely Agree...this will make more people getting comfortable with saying I don't eat after sunset and bringing boxes to dinner parties... The more and more people start doing this, people will start to organize evening parties instead of night..this is a movement I would say...

My husband weighed 100.5 kg last week after changing his dinner time to 6:30-7 pm within one week he is weighing 98.5 kg and now has a lot of improvement in his sleep pattern as well. I follow your videos and I do share it with him to encourage him in keeping dinner time same. Thank you Dr. Pal sir. Even I’m a doctor and I have my dinner and go to clinic. That keeps me calm even if I’m working in clinic post 10 pm too.

I've made changes in my eating habits. I eat only 2 meals per day. 1st meal about 12noon, 2nd meal before 6pm. I've lost 10kg in a year with regular exercises. Cut down on sugar intake helps.

Massive commitment Dr. I cannot agree more. For now there are more people who eats heavily in the Deepavali get together and also packs some food to eat after getting back home for supper. 😂

Yes I agree 100%! It's really been helpful to me to stop eating before the sun goes down. Usually I do my best to eat my last meal by 5:00 or before. As someone who travels overseas often, it also helps my body to be regulated as I cross many time zones frequently.

Strongly agree. I am following Intermittent Fasting from almost 1.5 years now and I feel amazing. I started because I wanted to lose weight but haven't felt so much better so far in life.

Completely agree dr pal. You are my inspiration to insist that we go out for lunch and instead of dinner. There is still resistance but I can tell you that it is working 🎉🎉🎉. But I won’t lie, it’s takes a lot of Will power to pack up and not eat and I salute you..

I did just that over the weekend! I do a 18:6 fasting and dont eat anything after 03:00 p.m.The party was on evening around 05:30 and it was a chat party. I realized the next afternoon, the samosa wa's oil was right around my mouth and i couldnt even gulo it down.. just being conscious of whatever goes in my mouth hnd IF has been really helpful in the way I see food now!
